What's Included?

4 Hour Visits Each Quarter. Priority scheduling over non-member's, and 10% off additional repairs.

  • PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION

    We will perform a full maintenance checklist inspection

  • DOORS, WINDOWS & HARDWARE

    Adjusting door latches & hardware. Tightening window locks & hardware.

  • PLUMBING (MINOR REPAIRS)

    Fix dripping faucets. Tighten loose toilet bases. Repair slow or minor leaks under sinks.

  • ELECTRICAL (LIGHT MAINTENANCE)

    Replacing or securing loose outlets. Tighten switch plates & covers. Testing & resetting GFCI outlets. Replace light bulbs (10' ceilings or less).

  • DRYWALL, TRIM & FINISH WORK

    Touch-up caulking around trim. Re-securing loose baseboards. Seal gaps around doors & windows.

  • KITCHEN & BATH

    Tighten cabinet doors & drawers. Secure loose towel bars & accessories.

  • HVAC (LIGHT MAINTENANCE)

    Replace HVAC filters(owner provided). Check thermostat operation

  • EXTERIOR & WEATHER PROTECTION

    Clean gutters. Wrap exposed pipes (seasonal).

  • SAFETY & GENERAL MAINTENANCE

    Secure loose handrails. Replace smoke detector batteries. Check locks & entry points.
